The 32¡Æ Masonic Learning Centers for Children, Inc. offer training and certification in the 32¡Æ Masonic Orton-Gillingham Approach at four levels: Initial, Trainer of Initial, Advanced, and Trainer of Advanced. The intensive training includes lectures, readings, and a practicum with children at the Learning Center. The Orton-Gillingham tutor-training and one-on-one tutoring for children are provided at no cost through the generosity of the Scottish Rite Masons of the Northern Jurisdiction. The Stratford Friends School Multisensory Teacher Training Program is part of the Stratford Friends School Outreach Program, and offers continuing education credit through local intermediate units for public and private school classroom teachers who wish to learn the structure of the English language and the procedures for teaching dyslexic children how to read, write and spell. A two-part introductory course and an advanced course are given yearly, and include lecture, practicums, and supervised teaching. Those who wish to qualify for the Academic Language Therapy Association examinations to become Certified Academic Language Therapists may also enroll in these courses.
