Is there a fee for the conference?
Yes. Pricing is as follows:
In-person (2-day): $320
In-person (1-day): $265
Virtual (2-day): $215
In-person (2-day): $380

How many CEs are offered for the event?
You can earn up to 11.5 continuing education hours for this event, which will help you reach your membership requirement of 10 CEs a year.
Virtual Attendees: Please note that for those watching live, this event is only worth 10.5 CEUs, as the Business Lunch and Awards will not be streamed live.
However, if you instead watch the recordings at a later date, you will only receive 9 CEs as the Business Lunch and Awards and Laura Stewart’s presentation will not be recorded.
Will the conference be recorded if I cannot attend live?
Yes. There is a virtual conference package available for purchase. Register HERE. For those who plan to watch the virtual event on-demand, this event will be worth 9 CEUs as the Business Lunch and Awards and Laura Stewart’s presentation will not be recorded.
Do I get a certificate for attending the conference?
Yes. Instructions on how to claim your certificate of completion will be provided after each session.
Will the recording of the presentations be accessible after the conference?
Yes, all recordings will be available after the conference, except for Laura Stewart’s presentation and the Business Lunch and Awards. These recordings will be accessible for a year from the date they are posted after the conference.
What is the conference refund policy?
Please note no cancellations or refunds will be given after early bird ends on January 31, 2024, but we can convert your in-person registration to virtual up to 2 weeks before the conference (with no cost adjustment).
What is the hotel cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be received 24 hours before the day of arrival to receive a full refund.
Will there be handouts available?
Whenever applicable, a copy of the presentation or handouts will be made available at the session.
Do you accept purchase orders (POs)?
Unfortunately, we do not accept POs as a method of payment. Please note that while a purchase order may be considered a guarantee of payment, payment in the form of a check or credit card must be collected five business days before attending the live or virtual event.

Do you offer group discounts?
This year, ALTA is offering discounts for group registration after January 31st. If you have a group registration from your school or training course, the following discounts will apply:
- 5-10 registrations – 10% discount
- 11+ registrations – 15% discount

What if I have food allergies/dietary restrictions?
If you have any dietary restrictions, you can list those when you register. We will capture your information and have offerings that meet your dietary needs.
Does the hotel provide transportation from the airport?
The hotel runs a shuttle to and from the airport from 5am to 1am. You must call the front desk to let them know you have arrived.
Does the hotel provide Wifi?
Yes. The Little Rock Marriott has free high-speed Wifi available to hotel guests.
Can we extend our hotel dates past the conference?
You are welcome to stay at the hotel at your discretion. However, the special discounted rates for the conference are only available from 05/02/2024 to 05/05/2024.
