Description: The 2019 IDA Austin Conference will navigate us through world of dyslexia. The recent advances in understanding word-level reading skills will be presented by Dr. David Kilpatrick. Multiple breakout sessions will cover understanding assessments, making spelling more sensory, navigating the emotional and mental distress of learning disabilities, working with adults with disabilities, learning and memory, and technology. Parents, educators, and therapists will find the sessions both educational and interactive.
