Journal of Academic Language Therapy
Journal of Academic Language Therapy
At the heart of the mission of ALTA, the importance of scientific evidence behind reading instruction is paramount. The purpose of the Journal of Academic Language Therapy is to provide ALTA members with an avenue to obtain and share information, ideas, and experiences, as well as make available a selection of current research relevant to contemporary topics of interest in the field. It is our hope that ALTA members will look to the Journal of Academic Language Therapy for current and relevant scientific evidence related to our mission as ALTA professionals. We also encourage contributions from ALTA members as a way to foster a sense of community, shared experience, and knowledge within our organization. The Journal of Academic Language Therapy aims to cultivate connection, foster engagement, further knowledge, and build community across our organization.
